Review on OAC Municipal Tax System by Rob Rogers

The most helpful aspect of this program was being able to search by any field in my district without having too much trouble finding what I needed! Sometimes it would take me 20 minutes or more just trying different searches because there wasn't an exact match between something you were searching about AND your file's status (open/closed). Also sometimes when entering information into fields where they aren’t required like "other comments" we wouldn’t be notified if anything went wrong so had no way knowing our data entry didn” t get saved properly - which could have been avoided since everything else worked perfectly!! Great tool overall but some functions need tweaking before implementation- especially how easily things can go missing after multiple entries made within short timeframes during busy times such as tax season etc.- also definitely look at other features offered vs cost beforehand as price point may vary from state / county level differences depending upon size & complexity the ease of use, the ability to do more with less, and the ability to have multiple users working on the same file. The ability to have the tax roll, tax map, and tax assessment all in one place. There are a few features that could be improved. The ability to have a better way to sort the tax rolls. There is no sorting option for the tax rolls. It is a very simple program. I am able to use it for my job. I have been able to do more with less.
