Easy installation - but didn't work

Physical installation was fairly easy. In fact, however, it does not block the water valve. It is fitted at a slight angle and the pins for turning the valve are too short - so they slip off the valve! When I move it, the ring around the tube becomes too small. There is no information in the package on how to contact support. Since it didn't work, I didn't try to connect the app.
