Okay, here's the skinny one, and let me also say that I'm no newbie to car restoration. This product is direct from Alibaba, as it proudly claims as soon as you open the package (which, if you don't know, is eBay's seedy, lawless, East Asian cousin). They don't give you a glue gun, they give you a card that says "Leave us a 5 star review and get what you really need to USE this kit for free." With no intention of giving a good review on any product , which I haven't used yet, I bought a held glue gun that the seller recommends/holds for ransom. Luckily this mystical glue gun came with some (probably) their own high viscosity glue sticks, as the included glue does NOT match the gun they recommended (and also sell, surprise!). I followed the broken English on a 2x3 sheet of paper they call Instructions for T. Each attempt to "dent, get away from the car" has 1 of 2 possible outcomes. The adhesive peels cleanly from your car's surface after 2 pulls and no progress is made. Or the tongue instantly detaches from a drop of glue and flies into a dark corner of your garage, never to be seen again. I've made noticeable progress getting a dent out with ONE of the studs, the largest (probably the only one with enough surface area to hold it in place for more than a few pulls). Soft plastic blades warp and fail after the first damn attempts. I might try again in warmer weather (maybe 65F wasn't enough) although I doubt another 10 degrees would magically make the kit work as intended. Honestly, you're better off going through the painful process of figuring out how to get back. dent by watching YouTube videos for hours and slowly tapping back. On the other hand, you get a pretty decent set of taps with a few different tips and a nice little soft hammer.
