For the price this kit is good. The quality is excellent and I get absolutely no "engine noise" from my system when using this kit and that is one of the most important things to me. Make sure you connect the ground wire securely, this is something that confuses many novice installers. If you attach it to a painted part of the car, it may make noise. I always grind the area I'm attaching the bottom to, usually around the saddle bolt or something strong enough that it's a good solid connection. All connectors are ok, you need crimping tool or pliers to crimp them. The RCA cables are of fairly good quality and the remote cable is small but works well. The fuse holder is nice, easy to connect and assemble. I think the speaker wire is a bit small if you connect a subwoofer, but it works. You can double it, which effectively decreases the thickness by one notch (each bottom scale is twice as thick as the previous one). This helps reduce impedance, which reduces loading on the amplifier and can result in better sound with less distortion. Either way, this is a good set of cables. The price is good, the quality is good. I'm happy with that.
