Gave me terrible stomach ache and they don’t take returns!

They recommend taking this on an empty stomach. This stuff is rough! There is no way this is good for your stomach - it’s a huge bitter pill. Literally, I cracked it and dissolved one in water.

Any legitimate suuplement company will list the ingredients and actual amounts of each Amino Acid on the label. Using “proprietary blend” is a way for them to use all the cheap Aminos as the main ingredient and use the more expensive ones as just a dusting in the container. We need ingredients! Also the chart shows that 80% of BCAA’s are converted to sugar and fat. Funny that BCAA’s ARE Essential Amino Acids, same thing just less of them! This whole product and its advertising is a scam! Buy Kion or Thorne and call it a day.
