I am really very much pleased with their whole staff, they are extremely professional & dedicated in providing excellent customer support to all my queries regarding health of our parents as well elder brother or sister who is above 80 years old too! The only thing that we dislike about them during entire process was nothing but professionalism and dedication shown by medical professionals present there which made us feel comfortable while interacting/ communicating via chat facility provided over website!! Nothing else worth mentioning here.
