The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

The size of the capsules is standard! Weight distribution of 1000 mg.
I use 2 capsules before training, 3 capsules after training and the next day after training, immediately in the morning before charging 3 capsules.

Pros

Didn't notice any side effects! The ratio of amino acids is normal! Comes in capsules, not tablets!

Has pros: They are in capsules, no need to dissolve. Cons: The effectiveness is unclear. It doesn't feel at all. Not a drop.
