Review on Harmony PSA by Michael Caste

We like that our account manager was able to work with us in order to customize our solution to meet our needs. The software is very customizable and has many features that you can enable or disable depending on your specific use case. There are a few quirks we've experienced when trying to get our license set up but it's not something I'd say is bad, just takes some time to figure out. It does what we need it to do and has been very stable over the last year. We are solving issues related to cost management, billing accuracy, and data analytics.
