This fryer fits perfectly in my 27-inch oven and easily accommodates the 20-pound turkey we roasted in it this year to have. I have always used heavy but disposable aluminum pans. That all changed after we bowed down for Thanksgiving this year and dripped hot turkey drips all over our floor and into the glass of our double oven door. This new roaster has sturdy handles to move around with a large bird inside and a lifting stand to make carving the bird easier and using drips for the sauce. The non-stick coating is also easy to clean bought years ago.
