Note the Appearance

It has been almost a year since I ordered this pan due to its excellent grid and size. Used once, no problem. Yesterday I only used it for the 2nd time. As you can see from the photos, with "superior non-stick technology" the lining comes off in fairly large chunks. I can't cook in it anymore so it ends up in the trash. Look elsewhere for a good pan, not one that just looks good. I would not recommend this product.

I can't believe I've used disposable fryers for all these years

This fryer fits perfectly in my 27-inch oven and easily accommodates the 20-pound turkey we roasted in it this year to have. I have always used heavy but disposable aluminum pans. That all changed after we bowed down for Thanksgiving this year and dripped hot turkey drips all over our floor and into the glass of our double oven door. This new roaster has sturdy handles to move around with a large bird inside and a lifting stand to make carving the bird easier and using drips for the sauce. The…

Circulon Roaster Maintenance

I bought my Circulon roaster despite some reviews mentioning rusting issues. Here's my advice: the brazier is clearly NOT cast iron. how it was. Beating him and treating him roughly will definitely shorten his life. Maybe try these tips to get the most out of your broiler. Once you've removed everything you've cooked from the rack and pan, allow the pan and rack to cool completely before hand washing. It doesn't mean overnight. Leaving food in the pan can ruin the interior of any pan. Don't…

Beautiful roaster: roasting trays

I have used this item 3 times in the last month since receiving it. 1. Chicken for the test. Works as expected, easy cleaning. 2. Rib Roast. Perfection! 3. Thanksgiving turkey (breast down). Easy breastfeeding with the cradle stand. Juicy white flesh and easy to peel as always.

I LOVE the rack that fits snugly in the pot and.

Our old skillet didn't have a non-stick coating and the grate broke, so before Thanksgiving I bought a Circulon skillet and roasted a turkey in it. I LOVE a trivet that fits snugly in the pot and leaves plenty of room to drip underneath. The handles made it easy to remove the turkey from the pan and cleaning the pan was ridiculously easy. So very happy with this purchase.

Favorite pan in the house.

I first used this for our Thanksgiving turkey (2017). I made a 20 pound turkey and the bottom was about 5 pounds of sliced carrot sticks and a few sticks of celery. I then used it for ham and burned the juice into the pan. I thought it would be a nightmare to clean but it was immediately washed off with a soft sponge. Both grip sets are perfectly positioned and serve their purpose. I'm pretty gentle with my pans and don't suggest using anything on them that might scratch them. I don't want to…
