
I first used this for our Thanksgiving turkey (2017). I made a 20 pound turkey and the bottom was about 5 pounds of sliced carrot sticks and a few sticks of celery. I then used it for ham and burned the juice into the pan. I thought it would be a nightmare to clean but it was immediately washed off with a soft sponge. Both grip sets are perfectly positioned and serve their purpose. I'm pretty gentle with my pans and don't suggest using anything on them that might scratch them. I don't want to test it either. I LOVE this pan and can't wait to use it again.
