Bought for my 2001 Audi TT with AMU engine. They sent me two matching and two FRSHPP33+ so be sure to check what you're getting when you get them so there are no surprises. Installation wasn't difficult. With this engine you will need to remove the engine cover, loosen the heat shields and move them to the side, then disconnect the electrical connector and vacuum hoses and move the vacuum tank on the engine and then its bracket. The coils are each held by two hex head screws. You will need a 5mm allen wrench to remove them. Then lift the coils and remove the plugs. Spark plugs require a 5/8" cartridge. Have a magnetic pick-up handy to pull the spark plugs out of the engine. Apply anti-seize lubricant to them and tighten. Manually start and crank them an additional 45 degrees. That's enough. The torque specification is 22 ft-lb if you want to use a torque wrench. If you're still doing this, tighten in stages. I usually use 15 ft-lbs, then 22 ft lbs when I do this.Use a torque wrench, crush the gasket in the first step so I can feel it tighten in the second step.I haven't pulled a plug out of my head in almost 30 years on cars, which is why I do this say. This approach works. You may also consider keeping a few spare coil terminals handy. Age and heat tend to kill them, and wire insulation or a connector may crack if moved w earth. l on the second cylinder was brittle and the insulation tore when I unplugged it. I took a cheap replacement and soldered it in.
