Update 06/14/2021: I have contacted the company via live chat on their website. Gave them my Revain order number and they will send me a new set straight away. It's nice to see a company stand behind their product without customers jumping through hoops. My original review has been updated following their excellent customer service and support. First Review: The product was great until it accidentally stopped working after 6 weeks. Now I'm looking for a better replacement.
