Review on πŸ•―οΈ Incandescent Equivalent Control for Candle-Like Lighting by Libby Walker

Revainrating 2 out of 5

serves its purpose, but with difficulties

We ordered these to add some character to our outdoor lighting at Christmas time. Each of our lights require 3 candelabra bulbs which we typically install with bright white LEDs. This seems like a good deal for 4 so we ordered 3 sets knowing we would have a spare pair if the reviews turned out to be accurate as to their quality. So far they have been with us for exactly 7 days. The remote control can easily switch different colors. The colors themselves seem accurate for displaying the colors of the remotes. Didn't play with the advanced features as I only wanted red and green for Christmas. Both looks correct. There are no bad pears yet. So why the low rating you say. Although they are colorful and the remote control seems to work. Pears are weak. They don't even glow on white. Cell phone screens, glowing bugs, glow-in-the-dark stupid putty, they all glow better than these lightbulbs. Don't trust this conclusion. I would never use them normally. When set to green or red, they glow a certain color, but it's nowhere near as bright as the Christmas string of lights next to it. Merry Christmas lasts only 1 night. Although it will be very difficult for our visitors next month to find the doorknob at night with these porch lights. lol sorry

Pros
  • Two lighting modes allow you to set the right atmosphere at any time for a better visual experience. Flash mode gives you a stage effect when you enjoy a concert or stage performance, just let the light and atmosphere match to create a feeling of complete immersion. The smooth mode offers an automatic change of light color in different atmospheres. It also sets the rhythm and adds more surprises and romance.
Cons
  • High Price
