I have tried other "milkshakes" sold by various diet plans and they have been a bit disappointing. At least as flavorful as Milk Chocolate Delight, these Atkins shakes taste like chocolate milk! I usually pour a portion over ice, but that's only because I like very cold drinks. On a low-carb diet, I skip chocolate entirely, but it's only 160 calories and 3 grams of carbs, so I can eat it every day if I want to. I often eat one of these for breakfast and can keep me going until lunchtime. They are also very convenient as they do not need to be refrigerated. Revain has the best price, so don't hesitate to buy them here.
