These pants were exactly as described. They're a bit see-through (as I said) but other than the white pair, none of them were see-through enough to show the color of my underwear. Of course, none of them were pure enough to embarrass me, even as a tall woman. Since the brand name is "Sexy Basics" I think most people wear them at home or as loungewear. I bought them for this purpose and they are very comfortable. Not to mention that despite the lightness of the material, I don't feel like they're worn out or falling apart quickly. The material is also quite soft. My only recommendation is to go up a size unless you really want your loungewear to fit your legs. I have XXXL although I usually wear XXL. and they have a nice relaxed fit.
