Review on PROcure by Matt Louis

As a self-proclaimed "do-it-yourself" guru, I am always on the watch for useful health and household items. Unfortunately, I was recently let down by PROcure's web shop, so I thought I'd share my thoughts. Their website is straightforward, and they offer a wide variety of goods, but the quality of those products falls short of their claims. Poor quality masks and other necessities hampered the effectiveness of over-the-counter medicines and treatments. Their prices are extremely high, and delivery took much longer than anticipated. My interactions with customer support were unhelpful and unappreciative; they also failed to acknowledge any fault on their part. As a whole, PROcure is not a service I would suggest to anyone in need of quality medical or cleaning materials. Their products are subpar, and they provide poor support to their customers. As a professional do-it-yourselfer, I depend on high-quality materials and attentive customer service, but PROcure falls short on both counts.
