The product description explains that the installation is easy. The glue in the aluminum rings has been discussed. However, there was no glue in the rings or on the packaging. Also, the large rings on the AC/heater knobs were too tight and the radio control rings were too loose. Although the rings look beautiful, overall I am completely unhappy with the product.
