Initial review (update see below): The collar shines brightly when charging but when used the next evening once or twice within a few minutes when I try to using it is completely dead (although I make sure it was turned off after use). The only way to achieve this would be to keep it charged all the time when not actively being used. Disappointing update: Immediately after my initial review, the seller contacted me to apologize for the issues and offer a replacement. They sent me a new collar very quickly which works great (so far) and holds a charge. Be sure to contact the seller if you have the same experience as me. Apparently the first one I received was defective but the new one is what I expected.
