They are operated by TTS. My son has 2T/3T but we ordered 3T/4T thinking they were too small. It wasn't like that with us. I would recommend ordering your normal size. These swimming trunks have functional pockets on the front and back. They are lined with an adjustable drawstring. The lace is actually longer than other brands I've used, making it easy to tie without having to tie your fingers. Color is excellent, graphics are well printed.
