I've just started making pendants and other mixed media. I went to TimHoltz.Com for ideas and was disappointed that this label didn't work for some of his techniques (drawing the label through liquid ink for a distressed look). The solution is to use their brand or another brand's manilla. This is a yellow label and should have a clay coating as it will not absorb ink as quickly as a brown kraft label. What I bought is still a great label - I only offer a great one if you just want to stamp or stick something, plus an ink pad. It soaks up the liquid stain too quickly.
