Removed reduced power message on Dash - 2008 Silverado 2500
2008 Silverado 2500 6.6 Duramax Still got the 'Reduced engine power' message from the Donaldson filter I installed. All sensors checked and for boost leaks, none found. I ended up buying this filter and installing it. 3 months later still no reports of engine or reduced performance. Apparently even the new Donaldson filter will cause this. Use this AC Delco if you're in the same boat. It comes with a ring and filter for installation. Takes less than 5 minutes.
