I initially had problems with the remote control that came with these lights. I messaged the seller who was very responsive but the remote worked without any issues so no action needed to be taken. I love the length of this thread - I wanted something to go around the ceiling around my room so I could thread it here and there (like there were stars). They are light enough that 3M Command's smallest decorative trim clips easily hold the line without tension. The lighting can be dimmed by up to 10% or turned up all the way - this light is more than enough to see and move around the room without turning on the main lights. I am very happy with these lights and would buy them again if I needed a long cord.
