FYI I travel in Italy and it was terrible. It won't charge my laptop because not only is the charger pulsing strangely, but you can actually FEEL electricity through the laptop. The laptop buzzed every ten seconds, like it was loading, then stopping, loading, then stopping. I decided to just use it as an expensive phone charger adapter and it completely fried my iPhone 7 due to the weird impulse charging. My phone started turning on and off and I can't even restore it from my computer. I was desperate in a foreign country with no way to recharge. Not that it matters to my phone as it's completely useless at the moment. Right now I'm using a cheap $5 adapter for my laptop that works great. Too bad I can't make phone calls and lost all the photos that weren't backed up to iCloud in time. This is just terrible.
