Review on ๐Ÿงฒ Magnetic Travel Chess Checkers Set: Convenient & Portable Board Games for On-the-Go Entertainment by Adrian Retana

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Pros/Cons +was cheap +was 15 " which was good for the price +has checkers +travel magnet

I wanted a cheap 15" + board, chess and checkers, free shipping with Amazon ($35+). It was the only one I found that matched the bill. Rating: pros/cons + it was cheap + it was 15 inches which was good for the price + there are checkerboard patterns + a travel magnet magnets add weight to the pieces to make them look solid + the underside of the chess pieces was good I could to move each piece smoothly over each cage + you can fold it down to serve as storage and it closes and latches so you can carry it around without worrying about the pieces falling out + looks a bit fancy out, but pretty much everything is plastic: board, parts - a small part of the side of the board broke off (small hinge) - some magnets were loose but they could be reglued - there are no magnetic elements of the bricks ( it was noticed, but it makes sense to put magnets on the stones: helps add weight and helps with travel ) - the letters for black were white (backwards) and so are useless, at least to me - you can kinda tell there is a small film/sheet laid out rhu (which make up the layout of the squares), it's not too noticeable when playing* Overall it was a great purchase and you get what you paid for, it was cheap . This was the only set I found on Amazon that had everything I needed. You can easily fix broken parts and falling magnets with SUPER GLUE, that's it. It's for travel but I only bought it because it had chess/checkers in it, was a good size and cheap so I wasn't worried about magnets. In the end I'm happy. C+
