Defective immediately

The garage of the trucking company I work for installs all of our CBs on our vehicles. This particular one was broken out of the box. There was no noise. I went to a pilot near work and got another version of this product and plugged it into the same wires I had in the garage and it worked great so it's not the wiring that's the problem. Very disappointed.

Pros
