I don't really have anything but happy with them, as all my shipments were successful so far (the ones i've had so far). As for their customer service department, it seems a bit confusing at times, but overall everything works out just fine. It's not easy finding someone who speaks English well enough to understand some of the documents. But other than that there isn't much else to say! Just use this carrier if you're looking for best rates. They offer very competitive rates compared to others (in fact, sometimes lower than market rates) while making sure everything goes smoothly. Sometimes they take days more than expected or have problems delivering once it has been agreed upon; but nothing terrible happens since it can be solved relatively quickly thanks to The best thing about this service provider was their customer support team, they were always helpful whenever we had questions regarding our shipments with them! I can't think of anything bad at all because everything has been great so far!!
