Love it! I've tried many cheaper sharpeners but can't get below 15 degrees. this one does the trick! I can sharpen to zero degrees if I want (but that would be stupid). I have one of the newer powdered steel chef's knives that can hold the blade at a very low angle (like a 12 inch razor blade). This sharpener does it! It costs about half the price of the Wicked Edge system and works just as well. And I love that he doesn't use token stones. You can choose what you want. 10,000 grit stones (for that high gloss finish) all work well in this system.
