I will update this review later as the company is very responsive to my concerns and very customer friendly. To solve the oversized belt issue, they posted (and sent me direct) a short video showing how to easily cut and adjust the belt to fit a small waist. What I did. I've used the treat pouch a few times and really appreciate that in addition to the treats and pouches I can put my phone in one of the pockets and ID, keys etc in the other pocket. Good customer service is rare; this company has it. I love this pleasure bag BUT I can't wear it as a belt (with the included belt) because it's not small enough for my waist or even lower on my hips. This is a HUGE disappointment to me due to the way and places that me and my pup train (over the shoulder is not for us). Obviously I'm not a big person. but I'm not tiny either; I'm 5'5" and 250 pounds. So please start sitting, please upgrade the strap for this treat bag to fit smaller people like me (and thousands of other people).
