So I was absolutely thrilled to get this for my wife and all her videos and photos and the thing is GORGEOUS, looks very high quality and is really very durable. The only problem is that its strength lies in its unpredictable drop: due to the fact that everything was monolithic/metal, the actual part of the USB connector was slightly larger. Still plugs in, but human is dead and alive, hard to disconnect/pull, and seems like you're often slowing down the device it's plugged into. Terrible to use :(
