I received my first mailbox and the handle only had one threaded side. I couldn't install such a pen, so I returned it and got another one. The handle of the second mailbox was not fully screwed on, so I had to use some washers from the kit (wallwasher) to find a creative solution to my problem. After installing the handle, I noticed that the door was hanging open where it would normally be flush with the top of the mailbox. The magnet in the top left corner has come loose. I have to go back to the hardware store to put the epoxy back in. Without this magnet, the door will not close properly. I would stay away from this mailbox for all the headaches that come with it.
