Good quality mailbox

Very easy to mount on the wall. The only small issue I had was installing the handle on the door. I had to use a knife to pull back the spring loaded hinge pin to remove the small door and install the handle.

Spare keys may not be available.

Beware of this product, you may not be able to manufacture replacement keys for it. I couldn't because 2 locksmiths I went to said the key blanks the manufacturer uses are NOT available in California.

More keys cannot be made

It's nice and solid, but! I forgot to make additional keys, blanks are not available, not even through a locksmith. I had to put in spare cylinders so we could make more keys.

Nice that's all

Nice and durable but it's a rain catcher, all the letters get damaged every time it rains, there is a seal on the lid but not on the sluice door. I'll try to glue it. If it doesn't work I'll throw it away, don't waste your money

Large mailbox for tax clients

I use it as a mailbox after work at my tax office. Works perfectly. It is very durable. A highly recommended box. Comes with two locks and is very secure. I'm glad I got this one. I haven't had any problems with water getting in. Very good for documents.

Red Pops, that's for sure

Good form factor. Everything works as it should, although I haven't tested it in rainy weather yet. Wife chose red *I lost this fight*. She wanted some cotton. Yes, mission accomplished. It's subjective, but I think it looks like one of those biohazard disposal boxes you can find in a doctor's office. Any other color and I think you'll be fine.

good and bad hardware

Seems like a good solid box but quality control needs help. I ordered 4 boxes. 1 lived up to expectations 1 came with a scratch on the face that was covered with spray paint but still visible. Another had a problem with the top door, it opened wider than the other three and wouldn't close. The last one came with the wrong grip size so I had to drill new holes and seal the old ones.

Quality problems plentiful

I received my first mailbox and the handle only had one threaded side. I couldn't install such a pen, so I returned it and got another one. The handle of the second mailbox was not fully screwed on, so I had to use some washers from the kit (wallwasher) to find a creative solution to my problem. After installing the handle, I noticed that the door was hanging open where it would normally be flush with the top of the mailbox. The magnet in the top left corner has come loose. I have to go back to
