Soft and stretchy!
Rubber bands were hard to come by so I was a bit skeptical of so many for such a low price. Item arrived as pictured, a few small bundles measuring a hundred yards or two. It seems great for masks and is comfortable. Haven't washed it yet to see how it holds up but so far it's looking good.
