Handy Hands Y9 Tatting Needle Review

The eye of the needle is larger than the shaft. This prevents the thread from slipping off the needle. The only useful thing in the set was a needle threader, but I didn't even need to use it because the needle ears were so big.

Larger needles are useful for weaving yarn instead of thread. I use them when I want a bigger and bolder statement from my tattoo work. Worked and shaped just as finely as the smaller needles I learned to weave with.

Tries to learn how to crochet and knit. Unfortunately it didn't work out very well, but I already knew tatting and had a fair amount of yarn. I decided to try yarn size tatting needles and I'm glad I did. The eyelets are easy to thread and the needles are strong enough to easily hold a variety of yarn weights.
