Excellent fit, looks like metal hardware
Available in stainless steel. Maybe so, but it looks electroplated and attracts a magnet. I know some types of stainless steel are magnetic. I like stainless steel for rust and corrosion resistance. Only time will tell if this screw will remain rust free in use. On the plus side, it's the right size and fits perfectly. It comes with a bolt, lock washer and nut. Everything looks like ordinary metalized fittings.
