Review on 🔬 Beileshi 60x Zoom Microscope Magnifier with LED + UV Light: Universal Clip-on Micro Lens for Smartphones - iPhone 7 Plus/7/6s/6/5, Samsung, HTC by Jeff Johnson

I am a medical cannabis grower and need this portable tool to get a better look at the trichomes on the buds. Typically, for accuracy and quality, I would make a section and examine it under a benchtop microscope, but this process is obviously more complicated and requires sampling. This tool seemed like a very promising solution and I was looking forward to seeing it. I was disappointed almost immediately when I opened it, for reasons I'll outline below: 1. It's not really a 60x magnification, it's close in fact. probably more like 30-40x. Also, the optical tube is poorly attached and dangles (made of cheap plastic). NB: I compared the magnification between this and my professional benchtop microscope, which can magnify up to 2500x, set at 60x, and there was a noticeable discrepancy between the magnification. I don't think this is just due to poor quality parts, it's just a lie on the part of this seller claiming 60x.2. The lens is plastic (like everything else!), nothing more to say, it speaks for itself. Glass lenses are the industry standard, and for good reason. The properties of plastic mean it will never grow as well as a glass jar.3. There is dust on the inside of the lens, which is difficult to clean and affects the image quality. There are also small air bubbles in the lens (because it is poorly made).4. The lights attached to the other cylinder are large and cumbersome, they are cumbersome and cannot be moved much or easily. Also, you can switch the light by turning it at the end of this section, which is a lot harder than a slide switch or two knobs. your name on it. You shouldn't even bother with returning it, although otherwise I definitely would! I hope this review can save at least some of you from disappointment. You can get much better products for less than $20, and I strongly encourage you to consider the competition's products.
