Not the quality I imagined

Better zoom with your phone's camera. I wanted this product to be liked but the view through the lens is awful, so awful I threw it in the trash. Spend more and get something valuable.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Protection

Photo and video accessories good value for money

Very good product, just takes some getting used to, you have to hold the microscope directly over what you want to see for a few minutes to get it find out, especially if you have it connected to your phone while trying to take a picture, but it takes good pictures with a good zoom.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Good for the most part, but...

The seller delivered VERY quickly and at a great price - incredibly fun and easy to use don't forget Zoom your phone camera for maximum zoom and full screen. Warning, some things just aren't worth looking at closely, haha. Looks pretty solid, came in a nice drawstring case. A GREAT stocking for everyone on your list! Just took this photo of a shamrock leaf for reference.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • So far so good

Keep your expectations reasonable and that's pretty good.

It's pretty cool for the price. The light works well, which is usually an issue for them, and it includes blacklight, which is cool. The clip isn't bad, but it seems to hold and doesn't scratch anything. It's new but would make a cool gift for a white elephant and looks like it's more expensive than it was which is perfect for that. Well, when you see how disgusting your nails are, and it can't go unseen, you've been warned.

Pros
  • It's great
Cons
  • Some flaws

Lens attachments not worth it

The price should have been the first clue. As a geologist, I use handheld lenses and microscopes all the time. This thing just doesn't work as advertised.1. The clip is out of place. This is a problem when you need to focus the device.2. He doesn't concentrate. Moving the focusing drum is easy. . . moves the focusing drum. The image through the lens has not changed.3. Speaking of the picture. . . there was no. Not really. I have an iPhone 10 and the eyepiece hole on the device is too small to…

Reasonable price for what it is - be patient to find out how to use it

We bought this for my daughter's science fair project and overall I was very happy with the results. A few notes for the average user: 1) The lens basically has to be on the subject in order to be able to focus it. It took us a while to figure out exactly how to get a sharp image, and I've used microscopes in the past (though not the kind that attaches to a phone case). 2) It is small and light weight, easy to put in your pocket for outdoor activities. (But remember #1, you can't drop this…

Pros
  • Lens attachments
Cons
  • Pretty much everything is fine

Borderline False Advertising

I am a medical cannabis grower and need this portable tool to get a better look at the trichomes on the buds. Typically, for accuracy and quality, I would make a section and examine it under a benchtop microscope, but this process is obviously more complicated and requires sampling. This tool seemed like a very promising solution and I was looking forward to seeing it. I was disappointed almost immediately when I opened it, for reasons I'll outline below: 1. It's not really a 60x magnification,
