Review on 🔳 Heavy Weight Veg Tan Split Leather Side Piece - 12 X 24 Inches (2 Square Feet) by Tara Ford

At first glance it appears to be heavier than described. Second, the finished side is far from smooth, almost to the point I thought it was the wrong side until I looked at the wrong side! I went ahead and made a sheath for the knife and while shaping it I found a cut in a flap over the knife handle. deep and splayed when I started shaping it so that part was useless for what I was doing. So basically half the piece was wasted except for a smaller project. The finished side would not be suitable for die cutting as it is quite rough.
