Review on SOCi by Brendan Thorpe

Easy access and flexibility in creating multiple profiles with different languages as well as options regarding payment methodologies are few things I liked about this software. The support team has been helpful but sometimes it takes too long to get someone's attention when you need immediate assistance. It would be great if they could give priority over other requests which require less time/resources. We use socici mainly because our customer base spans many countries where we provide services online hence making payments via credit cards was not feasible so using Socci helped resolve that problem without any issues faced by users from various parts of world.
