Most that I have received are very fragile allowing me to rip them with one hand or snap off the locking pin when trying to tighten them. When you're working with a bunch of cables and breaking more than half of your zip ties without even tightening them, you get frustrated very quickly. This might be fine for home use if you have time to find ones that don't break, but in a work environment it's a waste of time and money and I wouldn't trust random ones that don't break. Keep bundles of cables for a long time, definitely not to buy.
