The team at this firm are very professional in their work. I have used them for my last two jobs that required me to be out of country working remotely. Their staff has been responsive and always willing to help when needed. Nothing really bad about using these guys but they do not offer insurance or benefits like other firms might so it can get pricey if you need those as well. It would definitely benefit anyone who needs reliable translations quickly without having to go through an agency since most agencies charge quite high rates compared to what we receive from these folks. Working remote while overseas was difficult until our translators came into play. Now everything works smoothly! We've had nothing negative experience yet. My previous employers were able to provide us excellent service however sometimes there could be delays depending where your location was during times of peak demand which made things tough. However, once again great job by the whole team over here!! Great customer support and fast.
