Review on Accord by Donald Vargas

I like that it's very easy to use, plus you have all your contacts right in front of you so its super convenient! The only thing is there are no templates for specific industries or types of businesses (like restaurants). It would be nice if they added those someday but overall i really dont dislike anything about accord. Its been helpful because when we receive calls from our clients who want us to contact their customers with them through accord-it makes life easier as well since we can track where each call came too which helps me know what kind of work needs attention at any given time/day. Also saves my team alot of time by being able to keep up on customer info without having to look thru old files every day. Our business has done better than ever this year due to using accord. We started out last years numbers were pretty low compared to previous years however now that we've used accord more often.
