I like how easy it is for me to keep track with all my patients as they are in one place instead of having multiple emails or apps open at once! It's not so great if you have more than 2-3 people working together because everything has its own screen which makes looking up information very difficult when your team isn't sitting right next to each other.
As far as customer service goes - there really aren't any complaints about their staff here (other then the fact we haven't had time yet). If using this system try going through training first before implementing into an office setting just make sure everyone knows what needs to be done beforehand. Having access to previous appointments, doctor visits etc helps us stay organized throughout our day.
