Review on NBCP by Robin Naber

I was very disappointed by the NBCP online store as a person who places a high value on a simple and straightforward purchasing experience. Despite the site's reputation for efficiency, I found its design to be muddled and frustrating to use. Some people may have no trouble navigating the site, but I had to waste a lot of time going through pages upon pages to find what I needed. It was annoying, to put it mildly, and I came away feeling dissatisfied. Those who are already acquainted with the store's physical location might have more success with the online version; however, as a first-time customer, I found the experience to be overwhelming and confusing. As a whole, I can't say that shopping at the NBCP web store was a pleasant experience for me.
