I like that the bags have a small footprint and are much more environmentally friendly than ordinary kitchen garbage bags. They are biodegradable, which is better than ordinary plastic. They are INDUSTRIALLY compostable as stated in the product description and on the packaging which means (according to my general google search) that probably only large companies can compost them; They must not compost if you put them on a compost heap, for example. Our building's trash cans are in the basement and I usually take out the plant debris/waste every 2-3 days (and keep it in the freezer until I'm done - I know it's weird!
