I love this product. I like that I can get an accurate and consistent batter thickness. Whenever I bake cookies, pizza or pastries, I am always told that the dough must be a certain thickness. I never know and I'm just guessing. As a result, it doesn't cook properly. Example: When I make sugar cookies, each cookie has a different thickness. Some cookies have rough edges or burn. While some cookies will be perfect. Now all my cookies are baked the same way. I also really like the mat that comes with it. It's really durable. This helps me make sure my pizza is the right size. I don't have a large pizza or a small pizza because I'm bad at guessing what a 6 inch pizza should look like.
