I can't believe how long I've been holding on to my old plastic cutting boards. They were getting rough and difficult to clean due to knife marks, so I ordered them to replace the old ones. Wow! They clean up quickly, are thick enough not to wobble, and cheap enough that I don't have to feel guilty when it comes time to replace them. Cutting boards are a breeding ground for bacteria if they are not properly cleaned and changed regularly. They will show cut/cut marks like all plastic sheets and then it's time to replace them. For the price, I think this is a win-win for those who prefer plastic cutting boards.
