Came already confused. I have to write it down every time just to be safe.
I have ordered so many of these. I know they just break after a few months (my hammy uses it almost every night). But sometimes I get one that's already broken. This one did. Not as broken as some but the lid didn't fit the ball properly so I had to seal it to make sure it would stay in place every time since I got it. Putting it on is also quite uncomfortable.
