Not for sensitive/tender/normal skin
They held REALLY well and didn't bleed but were almost impossible to remove. There is some sort of super strong adhesive all around the edge of the pads, making it almost impossible to grab a part of the pad to remove it. When I also managed to separate a small piece of the pad from my skin, the rest adhered so well that removing it ripped off part of my skin. IT HURTS A LOT!
