Excellent Quality - Plain Collars

Very Good Collar. I gave it three stars overall because it said personalized. When I ordered it they didn't ask for a name or phone number. I thought they might email me later with a question after I paid but nothing. The material is very thick and the rhinestones are built in very firmly. The metal clip isn't cheap plastic, but it will hold up. I'm just disappointed he said personalized but asked for info to personalize it.
